Refund Policy “CLOUD HIVE DC LTD”

If you are a conscientious and decent client, you most likely will not need this text. We have not had any requests for refunds due to poor quality or incomplete services for a long time, as we consistently keep the level of customer service at a “perfect” level.

However, it is worth noting that there are some people engaged in “bulk testing” of various hosting services, as well as hackers and scammers who seek to exploit the possibility of refunds for their own benefit.

Moreover, no one is immune from unfortunate coincidences, and sometimes a purchase simply isn’t what was expected. Therefore, below we describe in detail the rules for refunding funds to our clients.

Refund is only possible if the service is not fully provided.

The service is considered not fully provided if the client does not receive (or does not receive in full) one of the resources described in the tariff: CPU, RAM, DISK. The internet channel is not included in this list, as there are no guaranteed indicators for this service.

Refund Processing

To claim your refund, please fill out an application form (attached below) and provide a copy of your passport via the ticket system to our Sales Department. This information is absolutely confidential and is required to protect both you and us from fraudsters. We strongly recommend that you do not share it with third parties.

Failure to fill out the application form and provide a copy of your passport will result in a refusal of the refund.

Once the application is submitted through the ticket system, the funds will be refunded automatically in the same currency and using the original payment method, without any additional questions or clarifications. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, or if you have any other refund-related inquiries, please contact our Sales Department through the ticket system.

Non-refundable Products and Services

There are no refunds for:

  • Payments made via Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, as this method does not allow personal identification;

  • Dedicated server service;

  • Purchased servers at a discount or promotion;

  • Renewals of products or services.

Please note:

  • Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If one account is found to use this policy intentionally more than once to obtain free products/services, we will define it as fraudulent activity and terminate the account without refund.

  • Under no circumstances will CLOUD HIVE DC LTD allow a transfer of funds between accounts.

  • If your IP address is listed in third-party blacklists, you can send links to these listings to our technical support. We will contact them to request the removal of your IP address. However, we will not provide a refund or replacement of the IP address in such cases.

  • If the server is not accessible for some time only to you or a narrow group of people, for reasons beyond our control (while it is accessible from most parts of the world), the funds will not be refunded. The provider is not responsible for such situations.

We also reserve the right to immediately block all services and even an account without a refund in the event that we receive complaints about a customer. In cases where the complaints turn out to be unjustified or are the result of a hack or scam, the funds will also not be refunded, as these situations are beyond our responsibility.

Additional Notes:

  • If the Client encounters technical problems attributable to CLOUD HIVE DC LTD that prevent the Client from using the purchased services, CLOUD HIVE DC LTD will find alternatives to remedy the situation and will extend the subscription for an equivalent period during which the Client could not access the services. If a remedy is not possible or is not accepted by the Client, CLOUD HIVE DC LTD will issue a refund for the last subscription period (day, month, etc. according to the client’s subscription terms).

  • Right to Refuse a Refund:
    CLOUD HIVE DC LTD reserves the right to refuse a full or partial refund in cases where the client provides false or misleading information. In such cases, we may also require the client to undergo a verification process to assess the validity of the refund request.

Termination of CLOUD HIVE DC Services
The client may terminate the CLOUD HIVE DC services at any time, however, in such a case, no refund is possible.

We do not provide options for recalculating or refunding funds for the unused period.

Important Point: Our service and area of responsibility is the allocation of server capacities and technical support. The client is responsible for everything that happens to content and power on the
